John, Edward, Kate, Jack and Grace wish to express their sincere thanks to all those who attended the Funeral, Family, Friends and Neighbours, Doctors, Nursing Staff and loyal Carers, Sue, Shannon and Chanttel.

Your support has been greatly appreciated by us all for all the letters, cards and donations given to The Alzheimer's Society and The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital League of Friends, which amounted to œ1,407. 50.
