Of Westbury Road, Shrewsbury, passed away peacefully in the Severn Hospice, on July 16, 2014, aged 75 years.

A devoted Wife to Rob and a much loved Mum to Debbie, a loving Mother-in-law to Christopher, a treasured Nanna to Owen and Oscar, Sister to Brenda, Wendy, Sylvia and the late Joan and Brian.

Pat will be sadly missed by all her loving Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Shrewsbury Cemetery Chapel, Longden Road, on Tuesday, July 29, 2014, at 11am, followed by Interment in the Cemetery.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to the Severn Hospice, for which purpose a donation box will be provided in the Chapel.
