Of Croft Cottages, Pontesbury. Passed away peacefully in The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford, on July 14, 2014, aged 73 years.

A devoted Mum to Paul, Malcolm and Tracy,

A treasured Nan to all her Grandchildren.

Phyllis will besadly missed by all her loving Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Monday, July 28, 2014, at 12 noon.

Family flowers only please.
