Peacefully in hospital, on September, 15 2011, aged 67 years, of Minsterley.
Funeral Service, 4pm, on Thursday, September 29, 2011, at Shrewsbury Crematorium. No flowers by request but donations if so desired for Ward 9 at ThePrincess Royal Hospital for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
