Of Malcolm Davies Drive, Trench, Telford, passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice, Telford, on September 15, 2011, aged 61 years, a dearly loved Wife, Mother and Grandmother.

Funeral Service, 12 noon, Thursday, September 22, 2011, at Holy Trinity Church, Dawley, followed by Interment in the Churchyard.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for the Severn Hospice, Telford would be appreicated.
