Kathy, Ann, Wendy, Beth, Andrew and the Family of the late Mrs Kath Price wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for the cards, letters and other kind messages of sympathy, love and prayers received at this very sad time.

For your attendance at the Funeral Service and for your donations, which are being received for and will be divided between The British Heart Foundation and The Alzheimer'sSociety. Your wonderful support has been greatly appreciated by us all.

Special thanks to her Doctors, to the Staff at Bridgnorth Medical Practice and to the Doctors and all Staff at The Princess Royal Hospital NHS Trust at Telford for all your effortson Mum's behalf, to The Flower Shop at Bridgnorth for the beautiful floral tributes, to the Bearers for completing your duties with such dignity, to Sarah, Beckey, Jim, Sarah and Sadie for your very personal contributions to the Ceremonies, to all at theBridgnorth Branch, The Royal British Legion for your hospitality and for looking after everyone so well afterwards and to the Reverend Marjorie Brooks and Organist Mr Oliver Clarke for leading us in a most comforting Service.
