Of Ellesmere, passed away suddenly but peacefully at home, on Saturday, June 28, 2014, aged 72 years.

Beloved Wife of Ted, devoted Mum to Debbie and Son- in-law Alan, cherished Nan to Kerry, Katie, Kirsty and Callum, Great-Nan to Tyler, Lewis, Bailey and Gabriella, dear Sister to Audrey, Ann, Malcolm, Brian and the late John.

Hazel will be sadly missed by all her Family and many Friends.

Funeral Service at Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham, on Friday July 11, at 11am.

Family flowers only please but donations if desired to Alder Hey Children's Hospital.

Friends who are unable to come to Pentrebychan Crematorium are welcome to join the Family at The Comrades Club, Ellesmere, for refreshments from 12 noon onwards.

She has not really left us, nor has she travelled far, just entered God's beautiful garden and left the door ajar.

I love you so much.
