Passed away peacefully after a long illness at The Park House Nursing Home, Kinlet on June 26, 2014, aged 66 years.

Dearly loved Wife, Mother, Grandma and Ma.

Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium on Monday, July7, 2014, at 1pm.

No mourning dress please.

Family flowers only but donations to The Park House Nursing Home and Shifnal Carnival would be appreciated.
