Passed away suddenly at The Princess Royal Hospital, on June 23, 2014, aged 75 years.
Beloved Husband of Sheila, loving Dad to Shane, Denise and Wayne and a devoted Grandad toEthan and Daniel.
Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium, on Wednesday, July 9, at 3pm.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired to be divided between The British Heart Foundation and The RNLI, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
