Mrs. Jean Sampson, Carol and the Family of the late Mr. John Sampson wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, to Eileen for her support, to Friends, Neighbours and former Colleagues for the cards, letters, emails and other kind messages of sympathy, love and prayers received at this very sad time, for your attendance at the Funeral Service and for your donations to the Severn Hospice (Telford), totalling œ895 to date. Yoursupport has been greatly appreciated by us all.

Special thanks to Dr. Davies and to the Staff at Shawbirch Medical Practice, to the Doctors at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital N.H.S. Trust, to the Staff at The Lingen Davies CDC and to all the Staff at the Severn Hospice at Telford for your wonderful care and kindness to John and to the Family throughout his illness, to the Bearers for completing your duties with such dignity, to The R.A.F.A. Standard Bearer and to Mr. Michael Murphy for the dignity that your presence brought to the Ceremony, to all who contributed to the Ceremony for your very personal involvement in a most special day, to Mr. Nigel Whyles for the beautiful floral tributes, to all at The Shropshire Golf Club at Muxton for your warm hospitality and for looking after everyone so well afterwards and to our great Friend the Reverend Tim O'Brien for leading us in a most uplifting Celebration of John's life.
