Emily's Family would like to send their heartfelt thanks for all the kind messages of sympathy and support they have received at this sad time.

Thanks are also given to all those who attended Emily's Funeral and for kind donations of œ136,15, which will be shared between Hope House Hospice and The Midlands Air Ambulance.

Special thanks are given to the Reverend Richard Spencer for delivering such a personal and touching Service, to all at Shropshire Home Carefor their outstanding care, compassion and dedication and finally to Peter Jones of Frank Painter and Sons, Funeral Directors for his guidance and professionalism at this difficult time.
