Passed away suddenly at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, on June 6, 2014, aged 62 years.

Loving Husband of Pat, devoted Dad of Mark, Donna, Tina and Tracey, Grandad to Jay, Carla, Gemma, Kyle, Tegan and Lexi.

Funeral Service, 1pm, Tuesday, June 24, at St John's Church, Lawley, followed by Interment in the Churchyard.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations to The Renal Unit at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital would be appreciated.
