Peacefully at Radbrook Nursing Home, on June 6, 2014, aged 63 years, after a long illness, very bravely borne.

He will be very much missed by all his Family , Friends and Colleagues.

Funeral Service to take place at Shrewsbury Crematorium, on Monday, June 30, 2014, at 12 noon.

Please note, black clothing optional and Family flowers only but donations if wished will go to the Staff at Radbrook Nursing Home.
