Passed away peacefully at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on June 7, 2014, aged 81 years.

Devoted Husband of June, fantastic Father and best Friend to Kim and Stephen and a dearly loved Father-in- law, Grandad and Uncle.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Friday, June 20, at 12 noon.

Dress optional.

Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to be divided between The Lingen Davies Cancer Fund and Ward 27 at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
