Passed away suddenly at The University Hospital of North Staffordshire, Stoke on Trent on Monday, June 2, 2014, aged 55 years.
Beloved Son of Eunice and much loved Brother to Chris, Wendy and Sue.
Funeral Service will take place at Shrewsbury Crematorium on Tuesday, June 17, 2014, at 12 noon.
Family flowers only by request but if desired donations to The Schizophrenia Society or The British Heart Foundation.
