Passed away peacefully at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, on May 29, 2014, aged 71 years.

Beloved Wife of Red.

Jackie will be sadly missed by all her loving Family and many Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at St Mary Magdalene Church, Hadnall, on Wednesday, June 11, at 1pm, followed by Interment.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired to be shared between Age UK, Macmillan Nurses and Hadnall Church, for which purpose a donation plate will be provided in Church.
