Adrian and Family would like to thank, most sincerely all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for the many cards and messages of condolence and donations received for M.I.N.D and Cancer Research UK, in Sybil's memory.

We alsoacknowledge with gratitude attendance at the Funeral Service and the kind thoughts and prayers of those who were unable to attend.

A special thank you is extended to the Staff at Shawbirch Medical Practice, especially Doctor Matthew Whitcombe, Doctor Paul Davies, The Priority Care and District Nurses for the care given to Sybil and finally Reverend Chantrey and the C J Williams Funeral Service for carrying out their duties to the Family and our beloved in the most professional but totally caring manner.

Like Sybil you will not be forgotten.
