Beloved Husband of Ann, dearly loved Father of David and Angie, Father-in-law to Donna and Angie's Partner Russ and devoted Grampy of Katie and Sam.

Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium on Wednesday, May 28, 2014, at 11am.

Family flowers only please but donations to be divided between Albrighton Medical Practice and Ward M1, Royal Hallamshire Hospital, Sheffield would be appreciated.
