Of Dawley, Telford, passed away peacefully at home on May 5, 2014, aged 76 years, following a short illness.
Devoted Wife of Ken and a loving Mother to the late Martyn.
Funeral Service, 4pm, Monday,May 19, at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for the Severn Hospice, Telford, would be appreciated.
