Passed away at the Severn Hospice, Telford on May 1, 2014, aged 69 years.
Beloved Wife of Roger, loving Mother to Clare, Sarah and Hannah, Grandmother to Zac and Sister to Billand the late Ann.
Funeral Service, 1pm, Tuesday, May 13, at St Mary's the Virgin Church, Ketley, followed by Cremation at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for the Severn Hospice, Telford would be appreciated.
