Of Bridgnorth, passed away peacefully at The Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, Birmingham, on April 17, 2014.
Dearly loved Wife of Robert, loving Mom of James and Michael, Daughter of Jeffrey and the late Edna.
Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium, (TF2 9NJ) on Thursday, May 1, at 3pm.
Family flowers only by request.
Donations if desired for The British Heart Foundation for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
