Dear Husband of the late Elsie, beloved Father to Lynda, Diane and Tony and a much loved Grandad and Great-Grandad.

No black to be worn by request.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium, on Tuesday, May 13, at 1pm.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired for The County Air Ambulance Fund for which purpose a collection boxwill be provided at the Crematorium.
