Passed away in The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on April 23, 2014, aged 67 years.
Beloved Husband of Isabel, Father of Andria and Martin, Father-in-law of Kate and Neil, Grandad of James, Aaron, Alfie and Megan.
Funeral Service at Christ Church, Ash, on Saturday, May 3, 2014, followed by Interment in the Churchyard.
Family flowers only please but donations if desired to the I.T.U. at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.
