Beloved Husband of the late Maureen Mary.

Dearly loved Father of Tina, Father-in-law of Rees and a much loved Grandfather of Martyn and James.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Tuesday, May 6, 2014, at 12 noon

Family flowers only.

Donations if desired please for Ward 7, at The Princess Royal Hospital, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
