Of Hatton Court Nursing Home, formerly of Muxton, very sadly passed away at The Princess Royal Hospital on April 12, 2014.
At peace now with our lovely Mum.
Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Monday, April 28,2014, at 3pm.
No flowers by request. Donations if desired please for The Stroke Association UK for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
