Passed away suddenly, at home, on April 12, 2014, aged 59 years.
A much loved Wife, Mum, Gran and Friend to many.
Funeral Service, 4pm, Thursday, April 24, at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for Diabetes UK (Telford and District Branch) would be appreciated which may be given via the collect box at the Crematorium or alternatively at www.williamsfunerals .com
