Passed away suddenly on April 3, 2014, aged 53 years.
Dearly loved Son of Sheila and Brother of the late Dean.
Funeral Service, 1.15pm, Thursday, April 24, at St Michael's Church, Madeley,followed by Cremation at Shrewsbury Crematorium.
Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital would be appreciated.
