Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury, on April 10, 2014, aged 64 years.
Devoted Husband of Lesley, beloved Son of Margaret, a much loved Father, Grandfather and Brother.
Funeral Service to beheld at Telford Crematorium, on Monday, April 28, at 2pm.
Family flowers only please.
Donations if desired for the Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
