Of Bratton, Telford.

Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice, Telford on April 13, 2014, aged 44 years.

Dearly loved Wife of Richard, devoted Mum to Matthew, Lucy, Rebecca and Emily.

She will be loved and remembered by all her Family and Friends.

Funeral Service, 11am, Tuesday, April 22, at Telford Crematorium, followed by a Service of Thanksgiving, 12 noon, at Wellington Methodist Church.

Family flowers only by request but donations for the Severn Hospice, Telford would beappreciated.
