Passed away suddenly on April 8, 2014, aged 63 years.
Beloved Wife of Anthony, much loved Mother of Paula and Samantha, Daughter of Phyllis and a dear Sister and Grandmother.
She will be sadly missed.
Funeral Service tobe held at Shrewsbury Cemetery Chapel, on Tuesday, April 22, 2014, at 11am, followed by Interment at Emstrey Cemetery.
Please wear a splash of colour in Katy's memory.
