Passed away suddenly at home on March 30, 2014, aged 34 years.

Dearly loved Partner of Georgina, loving Father of Theo, Erin, Tia and Antonia, much loved Son of Teresa and the late Anthony and a special Brother of Carole, Janet, Susan, Mo and Twin Sister Paula.

Funeral Service to be held at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Monday, April 14, at 1pm.

Formal dress or Liverpool shirts to be worn.

Family flowers only, donations if desired please for The British Heart Foundation, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
