Passed away peacefully at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on, August 21, 2011, aged 58 years.
Devoted Husband to Sheila, much loved Dad of Christopher and Joanne and a loving Grandad to all hisGrandchildren.
Sadly missed by all.
Funeral Service 2.30pm, Thursday, September 1, at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only by request but donations for The Midland Air Ambulance would be appreciated.
