Of Diddlebury.

At home, on August 18, 2011, aged 52 years.

Adored Husband of Jan, cherished Dad of Claire, Simon and Leo and beloved Son of Pat and the late Gary, a treasured Brother and Uncle.

Dave will be so sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at St Peter's RC Church, Ludlow, on Tuesday, August 30, at 12 noon, Cremation will take place at Hereford Crematorium, at 3.45pm.

Family flowers only please, with kind donations received in Dave's memory being divided between Help for Heroes and Vulcan To The Sky.
