Melanie Lizan

Of London Road, St. Georges, Telford.

Passed away peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham, on March 7, 2014, aged 48 years.

Beloved Wife of John, dearly loved Mother of Jacqueline, a much loved Daughter ofWilliam, Sister of Stephanie and Duncan and a dear Aunt of Kirsty and Adam.

Funeral Service to be held at Holy Trinity Church, Oakengates, on Monday, March 31, at 11.00 am, followed by Committal at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only.

Donationsif desired please for Leukaemia Research UK for which purpose a collection box will be provided in Church.
