Passed away suddenly in Elmhurst Nursing Home, Prees on February 20, 2014, aged 88 years.

A devoted Husband of the late Vera and a much loved Dad to Neil, Mark and Helen, Father-in-law to Debbie and Diane, a treasured Grandad to Gemma, Hayley and Jack, Great-Grandad to Grace.

Derek will be sadly missed by all his loving Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Friday, March 14, 2014, at 1pm.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired to The Children's Society, for which purpose a donation box will be provided at Emstrey.
