Of Ketley, Telford, passed away unexpectedly but peacefully at his home on February 22, 2014, aged 50 years.
He will be sadly missed by his Wife, Children, Grandson and his many Family and Friends.
Funeral Service, 12.30pm, on Friday, March 7, at St Mary's the Virgin Church, Red Lake, followed by Interment in Red Lake Cemetery.
Family flowers only but donations if so desired to the Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury, would be appreciated.
