Passed away unexpectedly on February 8, 2014, aged 26 years.
The dearly loved Son of Mel and Kath and a much loved Brother and Uncle.
Who will be sadly missed by all his Family and many Friends.
Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium on Saturday, March 1, 2014, at 11am.
Mourning dress optional.
Family flowers only please but donations to be divided between Macmillan Cancer Relief and C.L.I.C. Sargent, would be appreciated.
