Passed away at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on July 2, 2011, aged 69 years.

Much loved Mother of Nicholas, Richard, Steven, Christian, Bash and Sammy, missed too by Sisters, Daughters-in-law, Grandchildren and Great-Grandson.

Funeral Service at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Monday, July 18, 2011, at 10.40am.

Family flowers only, donations to Childs Eye Cancer Trust and Ward 21, The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
