Passed away peacefully on Friday, July 8, 2011.

Finally reunited with his beloved Wife Vilma and Great-Grandson Thomas.

Terry died at home surrounded by his loving Daughters Nicola, Peta and Victoria.

Much loved Taid of Rebecca and Beth and Great-Taid to Sophie and Beau.

No flowers please by request.

Any donations will be very much appreciated and divided between Marie Curie, Hafan Day Hospice and Crossroads.

Very special thanks to all who cared for Dad during his illness and to all his loving Family and Friends for their companionship and support.

Funeral Service to be held at Pontrobert Church, on Saturday, July 16, at 1pm.

The Service will be officiated by Reverend Warren Williams who provided great support to the Family during Dad's final days.

Refreshments will be served before and after the Service from 12 noon at Pontrobert Village Hall.
