Passed away peacefully on July 2, 2011, at the Severn Hospice, aged 46 years.
Devoted Wife of Leslie, loving Mother to Nathan, Nicola and her Partner Graham, treasured Nanny toBrenden, Jayden and Adien, Sister to Michael and Brian and Daughter of Tony.
Tracy will be very sadly missed by all her loving Family and Friends.
Funeral Service to be held at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Thursday, July 14, 2011, at 4pm.
The Family request that those attending wear colourful clothing.
Family flowers only please but donations if desired to Macmillan Cancer Support, for which purpose a donation box will be provided at Emstrey.
