Of Donnington, Telford, passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice, on June 27, 2011, aged 66 years, beloved Husband of Chris, dearly loved Father of Jane, Anne, Paula, Darren and Linda and a loving Grandfather and Great-Grandfather.

Funeral Service and Interment at St Matthew's Church, Donnington Wood, on Tuesday, July 5, at 2.30pm.

Family flowers only, donations if desired please for the Severn Hospice for which purpose a collection box will be provided in Church.
