Aged 64 years, formerly of Wellington, peacefully at her Daughter's home in Llansilin on June 4, 2011, much loved Mom to Martin, Karen and Sarah and a dearly loved Nan and Sister.

Will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.

Funeral Service, 12.30pm, Wednesday, June 15, at Telford Crematorium.

Smart, casual dress preferred.

Family flowers only but donations if desired to the Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury.
