The Family of Tom wish to thank all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for cards and messages of sympathy, attendance at the Funeral Service and also for donations received to All Saints Parish Church and Cancer Research UK.

Special thanks to Doctors and Staff at Wellington Medical Centre for kindness and care shown to Tom over the years. Also many thanks to Mike Evans and Carol of Harry Edwards & Sons for carrying out the Funeral to Tom's wishes.
