Of Sunningdale, Hadley, Telford, passed away peacefully at The Morris Care Nursing Home, Wellington, on May 11, 2011, aged 59 years. Dearly loved Husband of Mandy, much loved Dad of Tia, Joe and Shane, dear Brother of Wendy, Mark and Terry.
Funeral Service, 11.15am, Friday, May 27, at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for The Morris Care Nursing Home would be appreciated.
