Latterly of Derbyshire.
Passed away, May 12, 2011, at The Royal Derby Hospital.
Beloved Husband of the late Patricia Rose and very dear Father of Chris and Keith, Grandfather to Cypress.
Funeral, Tuesday, May24, at Markeaton Crematorium, Derby, at 2.40pm.
