Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium, on Thursday, April 28, 2011, at 11.15am.

No flowers by request, donations, if desired please, for The County Air Ambulance Fund and Ward 11 at Stoke University Hospital, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
