Janet and Family would like to thank all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for their kindness, support and messages of sympathy and their attendance at the Funeral Service, also for the donations for the Severn Hospice amounting to œ630.

Many thanks to all the staff involved with Geoff's care at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, the Severn Hospice and Shawbury Medical Practice to the Reverend Mark Salmon and to Frank Painter and Sons for their kindness and professionalism.
