Passed away peacefully on April 15, 2011, aged 86 years.

Beloved Wife of the late Ronald Stephen Hazell, much loved Mother of Jan Martin, Grandmother Joscelyn Kelly and her Husband Philip, devoted Great-Grandmother to Phoebe and Cameron and Sister to Greta and Jenny.

Funeral Service, 1.45pm, Tuesday, April 26, at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations and a retiring collection for The Rapid Response Team, who provided an invaluable,caring and nursing service would be appreciated.
