Of Woodhouse Crescent, Trench, Telford, passed away at The Princess Royal Hospital on April 5, 2011, aged 54 years.

Dearly loved Husband of Ev, much loved Dad of Lisa and Bear, Carol and Dan and Zak, belovedSon of Helen, a devoted Grandad and dear Brother of Colin and Jan.

He will be sadly missed by all of his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service, 2pm, Tuesday, April 19, at Holy Trinity Church, Wrockwardine Wood, followed by Interment in Wombridge Cemetery.

Please wear casual clothes.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations which will be divided between Holy Trinity Church, Wrockwardine Wood and The ITU at The Princess Royal Hospital, would be appreciated.
