Service at The Church of St Mary and St Andrew, Condover, on Thursday, April 21, 2011, at 12.15pm,followed by a private Family Cremation at Shrewsbury Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request, donations if wished to be divided between Condover Parish Church and the Severn Hospice, for which purpose a collection plate will be provided at the Church.
